Vidhi Jain Anderson joined Pennrose Properties in December of 2004 as a Financial Analyst. She brings to the development team strong analytical skills and a well-rounded real estate background. She is seasoned in project proformas, both for market rate and public housing developments and has a profound understanding of HUD, NJHMFA and PHFA budget requirements.
At Pennrose, she has been involved with numerous projects both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Along with the project budgets, she has successfully filed applications requesting Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program funds, among others. Her understanding of the various funding programs and the housing initiatives undertaken at the federal, state and local levels are an asset to Pennrose. She also exhibits efficient project management skills and competently co-ordinates the multi-faceted development process.
Before joining Pennrose, she worked as a Development Associate at a multinational real estate consulting firm. Her clients varied from federal and state government to private developers. Her scope of work included feasibility studies, identification of investment opportunities, consolidation of real estate portfolios and disinvestment of commercial assets. She was also instrumental in the publication of a guide to the Indian real estate market in 2002 and also contributed her research on American, European and Asian real estate markets for the NAI Global Market Report.
Vidhi holds a Master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where her major was Community and Economic Development. While at Penn, she was the Vice-President of the School of Design Real Estate Club. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India.
